By accessing or using the RubizCode website and exam services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

• Use the Services to cheat on actual exams or violate any academic integrity policies

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by RubizCode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 User Content

By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees

Some of our Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you choose to use. All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

6.2 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the Services, partial use of the Services, or change of mind. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6.3 Cancellations

For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will continue to have access to the paid services until the end of your current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the service.
